About our women-only share houses

Arch and Garden are women-only share houses. If you have individual circumstances, please contact us to discuss whether an exception may be possible.

At WARAI’s women-only share houses, the bathrooms, kitchens, and other water areas have been renovated since 2022. Both homes are equipped with a gas oven and projector, making them especially suitable for people who enjoy baking and cooking.

• Arch: A 6-minute walk from JR Maiko Station and Sanyo Maiko-koen Station. Capacity: 3 residents. Includes a vegetable garden.
• Garden: A 4-minute walk from Sanyo Kasumigaoka Station and a 1-minute walk from the sea. Capacity: 4 residents. Includes a vegetable garden, double-glazed insulation upgrades in shared spaces and all private rooms, and a pellet-stove fireplace.

Grand Blue (capacity: 6) is a 6-minute walk from JR Maiko Station and Sanyo Maiko-koen Station. One of its two bathroom/toilet areas is reserved for women. It is a mixed-gender home and is a good option for those who prefer a larger household while having access to a women-only bathroom and toilet area.
