Ocean is a mixed-gender share house for up to three residents.
Every room is air-conditioned.The interiors have been renovated with plaster walls.
Nearby there is also a female-only share house called “Garden”; it is only a four-minute walk to the beach at Azure Maiko.

Room 101 (¥39,000: Spacious Japanese-style room with plaster finish, Japanese-grown rush tatami, and large storage)

This calm, comfortable room pairs beautifully with its plaster walls. The floor is covered entirely with Japanese-grown rush tatami.
It is spacious and includes a large closet.

Room 201 (¥45,000: Warm wood interior, high ceiling, east- and south-facing windows, and a balcony for gardening)

With windows facing east and south, this room receives excellent sunlight and feels open thanks to its high ceiling. The all-wood interior is warm and comfortable. Planters are arranged on the balcony, where you can also grow vegetables.

This sunny room is spacious both indoors and on the balcony.

Shared spaces

The shared space has a kotatsu table for gathering and overlooks the garden area.

The kitchen has a stainless-steel sink with a generous worktop.

Tea and seasonings are available on the shared rack for anyone to use. There are also separate spaces for personal food and seasonings, plus a shared area for items available to everyone.

Covered outdoor space for growing vegetables

The first-floor shared area includes about one tatami mat of covered outdoor space that can be used for container gardening.
Rooms 201 and 202 also have sunny balconies where residents can enjoy growing vegetables or flowers.
