[Beautiful scenery] Sea and sky, Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and Awaji Island
4 minutes walk from JR Maiko station and Sanyo Maiko Koen station.
On the way from the station to the house, you can see Awaji Island, the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, and a magnificent view of the ocean.

If you want to use the spacious living room or the gas oven in the kitchen, you can communicate with the share house mates in Arch,
The Grand Bleu has a capacity of 6 people, and the kitchen is equipped with a gas oven.
Grand Bleu has a capacity of 6 people, and Arch has a capacity of 3 people.
The total number of share house mates is 9, so if you want to get together with others, you can contact us on the day of your stay,
If you want to get together with everyone, it’s great to be able to gather right away, even if you call on the day of your stay.
We’ve become good friends with the 6 people living on the same staircase.
With our neighbors of the same age, we have dinner at home together, watch movies, do yoga, go out, etc. They are just like our share mates.
We exchange what we can do for each other, such as replacing screens, moving large pieces of furniture, carrying luggage, and so on. Sometimes, we even help the relatives find a matchmaking partner.
At our annual summer stairway BBQ, we have a wide range of ages from 20s to 70s along with the stairway people. I imagine it would be interesting if eventually passersby and people from the next stairway would join us.
A garden where you can cultivate a field
The arch has soil,
It’s a vegetable garden space where you can plant herbs and vegetables,
The Arch Grand Bleu share mates and those who want to plant a garden are free to use it.
The biwa saplings we planted together in the spring of 2016 are growing nicely.
Biwa leaves are versatile and used in natural remedies such as hot moxibustion and tea.
In 2017, many fruits were harvested and everyone enjoyed them.
Originally, two families lived in a row of houses with connected roofs, but they were completely separate,
The kitchen and living room were connected by removing a wall.
Sofa and projector are already installed.
The sofa & projector in the living room are shared by both men and women.
All the buildings in WARAI are already equipped with a projector.
You can watch all the movies on amazon prime for free.
Entrance, kitchen, bath and toilet are located in both South and North Wing, one each, 2 places in total.

Bathrooms and toilets in the south wing are for women only, while those in the north wing are shared by both men and women.
Living room, kitchen, and refrigerator are shared by men and women.
Attractive neighborhood
Within a 5-10 minute walk east of Maiko Station are,
- Former Kinoshita Residence: A Japanese-style building with modern sukiya-style architecture. The garden is also beautiful.
- Former Yamaharu Muto Residence: Stylish Western-style building in Azure Maiko.
- Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall (Shijikaku): An important cultural property designated by the national government with an impressive hexagonal shape.
- Maiko Maritime Venue Promenade: You can climb on the girder of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. The view is breathtaking.
There are many buildings to see, such as the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, and the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge.
On the way to each spot, it is nice to walk on the lawn of Maiko Park while enjoying the view of Akashi Kaikyo and Awaji Island. Five minutes further east is the sandy beach of Azure Maiko, where many people come throughout the year for a relaxing walk or run. Especially in summer, many families and couples gather here to enjoy swimming.
Five minutes west of Maiko Station, you will find “Taihei-no-Yu,” a hot spring spa with bedrock baths, and “Marinepia Kobe,” an outlet mall with over 100 specialty stores, making it convenient for both relaxation and shopping.
Walking west from Maiko Station in the direction of Akashi and Asagiri, you will find “Maiko Roku Shrine” and many cafes along Route 2 where you can enjoy the spectacular view.
Walking west or east around the Maiko Station area is enjoyable in either direction.
Once a month, we will have a tour, a social gathering over dinner, and a trial stay day!
We will be available for tours of the property at your convenience 365 days a year, any day of the year, except for tours.
