Grand Blue is a mixed-gender house for up to six residents. The north and south wings are connected by a roofed passage, and there is also a women-only bathroom and toilet .

The living room has been expanded, all rooms have double-glazed windows, the walls are finished with plaster, and all Western-style rooms have solid cedar flooring.

Room 101 (¥48,000: Japanese-style room with extra-large storage and a large east-facing window)　

This six-tatami Japanese-style room has a spacious closet . It is the only room on the first floor and receives excellent sunlight.

Room 201 (¥38,000: Compact, high-ceilinged room with an east-facing window, balcony, ocean view, and great sunlight)

This 3.5-tatami Western-style room features a high ceiling and a large window. It also has a 0.5-tatami wooden-floor area that can be used as a closet. The balcony offers a lovely ocean view.

Room 202 (¥46,000: Ocean view, built-in wall desk and bed, and great sunlight)

This seven-tatami Western-style room includes a built-in wooden bed and storage drawers. From the balcony, it offers a beautiful ocean view.

Room 203 (¥44,000: Corner Japanese-style room with storage and a private balcony)

This five-tatami Japanese-style room has a large west-facing window. It also offers plenty of storage and a private balcony overlooking the Akashi Strait.

Room 204 (¥55,000: Spacious Japanese-style room with storage, a wooden-floor area, two windows, and a private ocean-view balcony)

 

This six-tatami Japanese-style room has a large closet and large windows facing east and north, providing excellent sunlight.

The private balcony offers an ocean view, making this a room with beautiful scenery.

Room 205 (¥49,000: High-ceilinged Western-style room with large storage and a private balcony)

This six-tatami Western-style room is open and airy with an exposed high ceiling. It features a stylish ceiling fan, spacious storage, and a private balcony.

Shared spaces (women-only bathroom and toilet available)

Grand Blue’s living room and kitchen (including the refrigerator) are shared by all genders . There are two bathrooms and two toilets, and one of each is reserved for women.

All WARAI share houses have projectors installed . You can enjoy Amazon Prime movies and more at no extra charge.

Kitchen (north wing: gas oven and three-burner stove)

The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven and three-burner stove.

Kitchen (south wing: two-burner stove, grill, Aladdin toaster, etc.)

Toilets and bathrooms (two of each; one set is women-only)

The north-wing bathroom and toilet are reserved for women; the south-wing facilities are shared by all genders.
