House Viewing, Dinner Gathering & Trial Stay — Aug 15 & Sep 26 (Sat) | Advance Reservation Required

Warai Share House will hold a house viewing, community gathering and trial stay on the following dates in 2026. Advance reservation is required.

Saturday, August 15 — House Viewing & A Day at the Beach

Meeting point: 10:00 a.m. in front of the ticket gate at Sanyo Kasumigaoka Station
We will visit houses with vacant rooms and then move to Organic.

Community gathering: 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Hayashizaki-Matsue Beach, Akashi
Swimming, BBQ, watermelon splitting, fireworks and a sea-firefly viewing session are planned.

Saturday, September 26 — House Viewing & Dinner Gathering

Meeting point: 4:00 p.m. in front of the ticket gate at Sanyo Kasumigaoka Station
We will visit houses with vacant rooms and then move to Organic.

Community gathering: 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the event space in Warai Organic, Tarumi.

If you would like to try staying overnight, we can take you to the trial-stay house after the gathering. You are also welcome to join either the viewing or the gathering only, and it is fine to leave early.

Summer 2026 Campaign

Move in within 60 days of the viewing day and receive a rent discount. The usual eligibility period is within 30 days of the viewing date.
