Arch is a female-only share house for up to three residents. Every room has plaster walls and has been renovated with solid Japanese cedar flooring.

This spacious room offers a lovely ocean view and plenty of storage.
Both the south- and north-facing windows have been upgraded to double glazing.
Arch has a spacious living room and kitchen and also features a gas oven .
Grand Blue residents may also use Arch’s living room and other shared spaces freely by coordinating with the Arch housemates.
